How it works
- IML pre-program the Smartcards wth individual identification
details
- Every delegate is issued with a Smartcard on the day of the
event which they insert into their Communicator keypad
- When the delegate votes the IML system automatically identifies
their response
- Smartcards have proven to be a 100% accurate method
of identifying individuals and tracking their responses.
An added option is that Smartcards can be branded with any corporate image or sponsorship message.

CASE STUDY
At George P. Johnsons event each delegate was issued with a welcome
pack containing a smartcard pre programmed with their name.
Inserting the card into any keypad in the main plenary or breakout
sessions guaranteed that any feedback submitted in any room
throughout the day would be registered against their record in a
central database.
