Pre event
An account manager will discuss your
requirements and advise how IML technologies could be maximised at
your event. All account managers in Australia and New Zealand
have worked with IML for more than 4 years and they have extensive
knowledge of applications of the technology. They will provide you
with a quote based on your requirements.
Once you confirm the use of IML technology and
services at your event our logistics coordinator will allocate a
producer and send you a production plan. This will be
populated with information collected by your account manager.
You provide additional information and return the plan to IML. Your
producer will call you in the lead up to your event to introduce
themselves and to confirm how the system will be used etc.
Onsite
Your producer will set up the system, attend
any rehearsals and then run the system live at the event. To
maximise your success ensure you allocate time for the MC or anyone
using the system to be briefed by your producer on how it will
run. Also, If you have some last minute changes your
producer will make them for you onsite, time permitting. At
the end of the event your producer will provide you with
reports.
