Stored Response enables your audience to answer up to 100 questions anywhere outside of the main meeting room.

Questions can be answered in any order and participants can change their responses at any time.

Individual responses are saved in the memory of the Communicator and can be downloaded when participants return to the main meeting room.

Displaying questions

Questions can be displayed on poster boards and scrolling PowerPoint® presentations or placed in delegate packs.

How Stored Response works

Using the scrolling keys on the Communicator, delegates simply select the question number they want to answer and then enter their response.

Questions do not have to be answered in order, and delegates can review and change their answers at any time, simply by re-selecting the question number and pressing the clear key on the Communicator.

Once delegates have returned within range of the keypad base station, their responses can be downloaded to a Microsoft® database for post show analysis.
