Use Question Wizard to gather instant feedback from your audience in four fast and easy stages:
One: Set-up
Simply install Question Wizard software on your laptop or PC, connect to the keypad base station and you’re ready to begin your interactive presentation.
Two: Create your interactive presentation
Question Wizard is extremely easy to use - simply create your slides, backgrounds and charts in PowerPoint® and the software will make them interactive.
Three: Involve your audience in your presentation
Audience members can respond to questions asked during your presentation by sending votes and text messages from their Communicator keypad.
Four: Gather instant audience feedback
Question Wizard instantly registers and collates audience responses, enabling you to display text messages and live voting results immediately.
Voting results are displayed as a chart and saved within your presentation, so that you can easily cross-reference results with feedback data from other presentations.
Accurate reports for post event analysis
Audience responses are automatically saved to a Microsoft® database, providing instant reports for on-site printing or post event analysis.
The database saves results charts created in Question Wizard and can generate live reports during your presentation. Additional post-show reports that document summary information, individual responses and scores are also provided.
Demographic groups
Voting results can be instantly organised into demographic groups (such as age, region and gender) and be displayed live to your audience.
Results reports can also be organised demographically and broken down by individuals and teams.
