The Communicator’s microphone is extremely easy to use and can be activated instantly for live audio feedback from your audience at any stage of your event.

Every Communicator keypad has a built-in microphone, giving all audience members an equal opportunity to speak at events.
Operating the microphone
Audience members wanting to speak simply press the activation button on their keypad and hold it up to their ear in the same way they would talk on a mobile phone.
When the speaker releases their finger, their microphone automatically shuts-off.
Alternatively, microphones can be set to a different mode, where participants press the activation button to open their microphone and press it again to close it after they’ve spoken.
A fairer system
The microphone system operates on a first come, first served basis - the first participant to press the activation button will be the first to speak.
When an audience member is speaking, all other microphones are deactivated to prevent interruption from other participants.
