enotes - Product Details

What is enotes audience response?

enotes is an interactive, laptop-based messaging and voting system, designed to gather instant and anonymous group feedback during live presentations and debates.

The system aids live communication between individuals and groups, whilst providing you with invaluable qualitative and quantitative feedback data from your team conferences and events.

How does enotes audience response work?

Designed for use in a round-table environment, enotes is proven to aid effective brainstorming amongst groups who work together to answer questions and reach decisions.

Each group shares a laptop and one member types-in and sends an anonymous response on behalf of the entire group.

All teams can answer questions at the same time, providing you with a simultaneous group response.

Messages are received instantly, enabling you to quickly review and edit them before they are displayed live to your audience.

You can choose to display only the most relevant or thought-provoking messages to ensure that your session remains focused and constructive.

Vote with enotes

Questions can also be sent to laptops for group voting. Questions can be pre-planned or created in response to comments raised via enotes messaging.

Audience response results can be displayed live to your audience immediately, enabling them to see trends emerge as voting takes place.

All votes and messages are automatically saved to a database for post workshop review and analysis.

Audience display screens

Voting results can be displayed to your audience in a variety of different formats, including bar charts, pie charts and histograms.
