Liphook, Hampshire - November 12, 2008 - IML, part of the Computershare Group, (ASX:CPU) today announced the acquisition of Eventbookings Ltd, a leading provider of online event management software and delegate management services.
Already world-leaders in the provision of audience response systems; the acquisition will broaden the range of IML's event technology, making a cost-effective global 'one stop shop' for event organisers.

Founded in 1996, Eventbookings Ltd, a Microsoft Certified Partner**, has developed leading edge event management software, based on Microsoft's .NET technology. The software has been used by millions of delegates and by clients such as the MTV Europe Music Awards repeatedly over the last 8 years.
In addition to on-line event management software, eventbookings.com also offers a competitive edge with a complete range of delegate management services including name badges, delegate help desks and sales accounting management.

IML will retain the Eventbookings team who will be relocating the short distance to IML's Liphook headquarters at Bohunt Manor.
