enotes Display Screens

Branded screens

Laptop screens can be fully customised with backgrounds, logos and fonts to reflect your corporate image and highlight event sponsors.

Example of enotes branded messaging screen.

Interchangeable screens

enotes screens are completely configurable and can easily be varied between single input boxes, multiple input boxes and drop down menu boxes offering a number of options.

IML can design multiple screens to meet with your exact requirements and there are no limits to the number of screens that you can use. For example, you may decide to use a single entry screen during the morning session and a multiple entry screen during the afternoon session.

Screens can be easily changed at any point during your conference.

Messaging and voting screens in one

The messaging and voting function can be incorporated into one display screen, allowing delegates the opportunity to submit comments and opinions as well as vote on specific questions during live feedback sessions.

Launch PowerPoint® slides and movies

Additional buttons can be added to screens to enhance the use of enotes. For example, delegates can click on a button to review PowerPoint® presentations, which may contain tasks, instructions or help files. Animations and movies can also be viewed by simply clicking on the relevant button.

Sending PowerPoint® slides to laptops will enable delegates to clearly see complex charts and information that may be difficult to read on the main display screen.

You can choose to either lock the keyboards during the presentation or allow delegates to view slides in their own time.

Additional buttons example.

Stored response

Delegates working outside of the wireless network area can store their responses on the laptop to be downloaded at a later time. Stored messages can be reviewed by delegates at any point on a scrolling screen, or by clicking on "previous" and "next" buttons.

Separate group activities

Each laptop can display different slides and materials, enabling each group of delegates to work on separate subjects and activities.

Bespoke design

Whatever your requirements, IML will design an enotes show with your business objectives in mind.
