Audience response systems for product launches and consumer focus groups

Gather instant feedback from consumers about your new products and services with IML’s easy-to-use audience response system.

IML’s audience response system provides instant information about your consumers’ - you can find out anything from how old they are to what car they drive. You’ll also gain an invaluable insight into their thoughts and opinions.

All feedback data (qualitative and quantitative) is automatically stored to a database, enabling you to analyse information and build-up detailed consumer profiles to pinpoint your target audience.

Data can be amalgamated with feedback from other launch events, allowing you to easily cross-reference information.

How it works:

Using IML’s interactive Communicator keypad, consumers can vote instantly on topics and text-in their questions, suggestions or opinions about your product. Text messages are received instantly and can be displayed live to your audience immediately.

You can put the most thought-provoking text messages to a live vote to see how everyone else feels. IML’s audience response system calculates voting results immediately, providing you and your audience with an instant insight into everyone’s opinion.
