Maximise fundraising at your charity events with IML’s easy-to-use Silent Auction and Pledge technology, proven to raise three times more money than traditional paper-based bidding.

IML’s Silent Auction and Pledge technology is convenient and discreet - your guests can bid instantly on items from the comfort of their seats, whilst enjoying the evening’s entertainment.

How it works:

In order to be identified, guests insert their personal Smartcard into a Communicator keypad and enter the lot number they would like to bid on.

Their keypad automatically tells them the current highest bid for their desired lot and who it is held by.

They can then out-bid the highest bidder by entering a larger amount into their keypad.

Their keypad instantly tells them if their bid has been successful and updates them if they are out-bid.
Bid updates can also be displayed to guests on plasma screens.

Proven to raise more money than paper bidding

IML’s Silent Auction Technology generates competitive bidding amongst guests. Increased bidding drives-up the value of the lots, significantly improving revenue from your silent auction.

Pledges

The Pledge function on IML’s Communicator keypad allows guests to donate money quickly and easily throughout the evening.

Guests simply select the ‘pledge’ lot number and then key in the amount they would like to donate.

The total amount pledged by guests can also be displayed to guests on plasma screens.
