Breakout rooms work by arranging delegates into groups and sending them to separate rooms to complete different tasks.

IML’s Stored Response system is perfect for use in breakout rooms, as it enables individual delegates to complete tasks outside of the main meeting room, at their own pace.

How it works:

Participants use IML’s Communicator keypad to answer questions in each breakout room.

Their answers are stored in the memory of the Communicator until downloaded. During download, responses are automatically saved to a database that can be used for post event analysis.

Audience response data will show you the performance results of each breakout group, individual, or a total result for all delegates.
