Interactive Producer/Graduate

IML forms part of the global Computershare group is the world leader in group response interactive technology. Our numerous applications are used throughout the live event industry, from product launches to training seminars, shareholder meetings to Gala dinners. Events can range from 10 to 5000 attendees. Our valued clients include ASX companies and names such as ANZ, Westpac, IAG, CBA, the Starlight Foundation, Channel Nine, AstraZeneca, IBM and Coca Cola.

IML is a global success and we continue to expand our team in Australia. The role gives the opportunity to travel, work in a very social, expanding and dynamic industry, gain client responsibility, recognition and develop further your technical and customer skills.

The interactive Producer is responsible for coordinating the entire process of delivering IML Audience response solutions at live corporate events from intitial client consultation, through delivery ‘on site’ to post event analysis and reporting.

Key responsibilities will include;

  • Taking a detailed brief
  • Office based programming, preparation and testing using IML software and hardware, MS PowerPoint and other Multimedia software.
  • Set up of all IML equipment on-site
  • Rehearse and operate the audience response system during the event

 

You will also be responsible for;

  • Coordinating travel and transport to and from the event
  • Attending planning and strategy meetings
  • Produce presentations content with IML software and PowerPoint
  • Administration
  • Expenses
  • Reporting


The ideal candidate will be a confident, client focused individual with basic knowledge of IT and the ability to grasp new technology.

To ensure your success in this role you will possess the following ideals;

  • Drivers license and passport
  • Solid exposure to Microsoft PowerPoint (Other Multimedia software experience desirable but not essential)
  • Ability to travel interstate
  • Availability to work nights or weekends if required
  • Ability to lift up to 25kg
  • Exposure to a high pressured environment with deadlines
  • Self motivation and good time management


Industry experience or previous experience managing events is not essential.
